The minimum app price in the BlackBerry World store has been slashed from £1.00 to £0.75 in UK and from €0.99 to €0.89 in the rest of Europe.
The up-to 25% reduction of the minimum price comes after RIM added multimedia and revamped the interface of its app store a week ago.
RIM’s move to cut prices is aiming to entice current and future users and comes just two days before the company unveils its BlackBerry 10 platform.
